AKSS is Registered under Indian Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860.

AKSS (Anchalika Kunjeswari Sanskrutika Sansad) is a volunteer, non-profit, non-political, and independent institute that aims to:

· Empower people, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and other civil society organizations (CSOs) through increasing their knowledge and skills, particularly in advocacy and research

· Strengthen State and Central cooperation

· Promote an enabling work environment for Rural Children and Youth

· Provide people-centered development models with an emphasis on and a respect for sustainable development, environmental protection, community participation, poverty alleviation, equal rights of citizens, particularly for women and youth, an NGO code of ethics, transparency and accountability, and human dignity with a focus on vulnerable groups.
